Patients Relation Associate
Patient Relation Associate counsels and assist visitors/patients who visits Healthcare Organization and provide with solutions. Patient relation associate is coordinates the activities at the front desk. A PRA is also involved in administrative task such as maintenance of records, paperwork, billing, and coordination during patient referrals, administrative & basic management. A patient relation associate is also trained in Basic Life Support and CPR.
